Rent collection service includes all that is detailed in the Bronze service and the following -
- Rent collection and accounting throughout the tenancy
- Instigating legal proceedings on the landlord's behalf for rent arrears or possession, as necessary, to include the instruction of a solicitor on the landlord's behalf
- Negotiating with the landlord and tenant renewal terms or reletting the property where applicable
