This was first property we visited and we liked it. Since we are new to the country, many agencies said they won't accept siblings as guarantor until we get the BRP. Dan, was a brilliant person to work with whilst selling our property.  He was very knowledgeable about the housing market and candid when giving his professional opinion.  He was always on the other end of the phone, even out of office hours and at weekends.  Our property sale was not plain sailing but Dan kept a cool head was more than reasonable and approachable.  Kept me up to date with weekly reports.  Definitely recommend this agent.
