25th, 26th, 27th & 28th December 2021 CLOSED

Wednesday 29th December 2021 9am - 1pm Phone lines open

Thursday 30th December 2021 9am - 1pm Phone lines open

Friday 31st December 2021 9am -1 pm Phone lines open

1st, 2nd & 3rd January 2022 CLOSED

Staff will be working from home during the above opening times above and therefore access to the office is not available.

If you wish to report urgent maintenance please do so by emailing tilehurst@vanderpump.co.uk where a member of staff will action this as soon as they are working

No heating / hot water Report to the above email

No power Check fuse board/ check with your supplier/report to above email

Gas leak Call National Grid 0800 111 999

Carbon Monoxide Alarm Turn off appliances/open windows/ leave premises

Fire Ring 999

No water supply Check with local supplier to check if local issue

Plumbing leaks Turn off water supply /take extra care if water near electrics /report to the above email

May I also respectfully mind all tenants it is part of their tenancy agreement to ensure they regularly test all smoke alarms/heat detectors at least once a week and to replace any batteries in smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors.

If your smoke alarm/heat detector/carbon monoxide detector is not working please let us know immediately.

PLEASE NOTE IF YOU PAY YOUR RENT DIRECT TO YOUR LANDLORD ALL EMERGENCIES /MAINTENANCE SHOULD BE REPORTED TO THEM DIRECT THANK YOU
