People living in Thatcham may be disappointed to hear that house sales in the area take the second-longest in the borough. On average, houses in the historic market town take 148 days to sell.
On the other end of the spectrum, RG2 and RG3 postcodes generally sell the fastest. This includes areas close to the Madejski Stadium, Whitley, Shinfield, Arborfield, Caversham, Sonning and many more nearby neighbourhoods.
